2. No Refunds on Completed Transactions

Once a transaction has been processed and confirmed on the blockchain or within our internal systems, it is irreversible. This applies to:

  • Deposits into your CrypToken account.

  • Cryptocurrency purchases, sales, and trading transactions.

  • Participation in Initial Coin Offerings (ICO), staking, or other platform programs.

  • Binary or margin trading outcomes, including wins or losses.

Refunds will not be issued for any transaction that has been successfully completed, regardless of user dissatisfaction or changes in market value.


3. Exceptions – When Refunds May Apply

  • Duplicate Payment: If a user accidentally initiates the same deposit more than once.

5. Refunds on Credit Card or Fiat Transactions

6. No Chargeback Policy
