1. Introduction

This policy outlines the commitment of cryptoken.pro and its affiliates (collectively referred to as the “Company”) to preventing and actively combating money laundering, terrorist financing, and other forms of financial crime. The Company enforces stringent Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to ensure the integrity of its platform.

All officers, employees, agents, and affiliated entities of the Company must adhere to these standards and implement effective measures to prevent the platform from being used for illicit financial activities.

2. Definition of Money Laundering

Money laundering involves acts aimed at concealing or disguising the true origin of funds obtained from criminal activities, making them appear as if derived from legitimate sources.

3. Stages of Money Laundering

Money laundering typically occurs in three stages:

  • Placement: Illegally obtained funds are introduced into the financial system.

  • Layering: Complex transactions are carried out to obscure the origin of the funds.

  • Integration: The funds are reintroduced into the legitimate economy through investments or purchases.

Terrorist financing may involve legitimate funds being used for unlawful ends, where the source may not be criminal but the use is.

4. Compliance Responsibilities

All employees whose roles involve client interaction or processing transactions must understand the legal and regulatory requirements relevant to AML/KYC and perform their duties accordingly. It is their affirmative responsibility to maintain strict compliance at all times.
